To ensure timely project delivery, clients are required to provide necessary assets (content, copy, credentials, brand guidelines, etc.) and complete requested feedback rounds within specified timeframes. Delays in providing materials or feedback may result in timeline adjustments.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract, upon full payment of all fees, the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client.
We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, libraries, proprietary tools, or open-source components used during the development process.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ramaaya Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
